Kelalaian mengubah di RUP

Mohon ijin untuk bertanya,
Dalam RUP telah kita umumkan pagu pekerjaan 2,4 M.
Seiring berjalannya waktu terjadi perubahan/pergeseran di DPA pada kegiatan tsb menjadi 1,5 M.



Dan ada pemenang yg menawar dalam pelelangan sesuai hps yg ada (1,4 M)

Kita melakukan pelelangan sesuai dana yg ada di DPA perubahan/pergeseran dengan HPS sebesar 1,4 M.
Yang saya tanyakan, apa implikasi/dampak hukum dr lupa merevisi RUP tsb.

Ini pekerjaan 2017 ... Sekarang  ada LSM yang melaporkan kpd aparat penegak hukum

Namun kami lupa merevisi RUP ada, dan di RUP tetap 2,4 M.

Telah terjadi kelalaian dalam penulisan Rencana Umum Pengadaan
Kelalaian tersebut tersebut tidak menutup informasi  keterbukaan informasi.
Ya tidak substansi masalahnya.

    Pak, mohon dijelaskan terkait persyaratan PPK "memiliki kemampuan managerial level 3".Hal ini banyak menyebabkan beda penafsiran. Terima kasih
