1. Dalam waktu pemberian penjelasan, kita dapat menegaskan atau memberitahukan kepada penyedia hal-hal yang perlu menjadi perhatian penyedia mengenai draft atau rancangan kontrak .
2. penyedia dapat menyampaikan mengenai usulan untuk rancangan kontrak.
3. penyedia dapat menyampaikan pertanyaan mengenai rancangan kontrak.
Bilamana hasil dari pemberian penjelasan, memerlukan adanya perubahan rancangan kontrak, maka disampaikan kepada PPK.
Selanjutnya bilamana PPK setuju maka dibuat addendukm dokumen rancangan kontrak atau addendum dokumen pemilihan ( dokumen lelang )
